Breastmilk First Aid

The other day my sister in Canada was telling me about her infected eye, it was red and oozing and a result of her fake eyelashes. She had been to several clinics.

‘Do you have any lactating friends?’ says her little sister the midwife.

Breastmilk is so healing, all those wonderful antibodies! I’ve seen it work wonders on newborn eye infections so why not in adults?

I suggested if she had several lactating friends to choose from the best choice would be the woman with a cold or flu = extra antibodies! Yay!
