Pre-birth Communication is Key

As a midwife, I believe that prebirth communication is a necessary action during pregnancy.

I love to talk about communicating with babies while they are growing in the womb, consciously establishing that important prenatal bond.

How wonderful to get in the habit of saying “I love you” everyday to the little one growing in your belly. It doesn’t even matter if it is psychically or out loud, babies love the reassurance and validation.
